Bonnet Joins CE Adjunct Faculty

May 8, 2008
Dr. Marc Bonnet has joined the CE faculty as an adjunct professor. He is an expert in the field of computational solid mechanics and was twice the MTS Visiting Professor in geomechanics. Recently, Dr. Bonnet was instrumental in developing a proposal for a co-directed Ph.D. program in civil engineering between the U of MN and Ecole Polytechnique, France. If approved, the first-of-its-kind, trans-Atlantic doctoral program would start in Fall 2008.
